What is a missing package ?

  1. A missing package is a package that shows delivered through usps postal service but customer has not physically received package. Meaning package is “delivered” but no where to be found.
  2. Package shows motion through usps tracking but package has been stuck in one location for a week + with no further movement.

 

  Anything outside of that is not a missing package.

 

 

All missing packages must call usps & file a claim.

Broken/Cracked

 

If you receive your package, broken, cracked or damaged, you must send clear photos of how package was received to GoldenbrownskinLLC@Gmail.com

 

YOU MUST SUBMIT PHOTOS/VIDEOS & WRITTEN DETAIL OF ATTACHMENT WITHIN 3 days OF RECEIVING ORDER.

 

AFTER THE 3RD DAY YOU WILL BE FORFEITING YOUR OPPORTUNITY FOR RESHIPMENT IF YOU DO NOT EMAIL YOUR SUBMISSION.
